The gut is related to everything the body does. They call it the second brain. That is due to over 100 trillion microbiomes that live in sided your intestines and colin. What ever you put in it will show on the outside and how you feel from your head to your toes. Take your gut health serious like it's your job.
Your gut microbiome is the bacteria thay is in your digestive system that helps you breakdown food and procces it so it is able to digest and send your body nutrients. If there is not enough good bacteria it can cause some symptoms like skin problems, gas, bloating, cramps, neasoua, diarrhea, sluggishness, poor sleep, cravings, etc those are the common signs.
